Linda Gao


Linda Gao serves as senior analyst at Dickson, Stojak, Huang Chartered Accountants. She has been with the firm since 2005, assisting clients with accounting, software training, tax planning and other services. Her accounting experience includes both public practice and working in industries that include manufacturing, wholesale, retail, construction and property management.

A resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, Linda attended BCIT and earned her CGA designation in 2005 to become an accountant in Canada. Previously, she had completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering and worked as an engineer for five years in her native China. She then changed fields and began accounting work in both China and Canada. Linda loves the variety of accounting work and finds personal happiness through the ability to make her clients happy.

Away from the office, Linda enjoys volunteer activities in her community. She is a board member of CGA Richmond and has spent two years as a mentor with Success International Trained Professional Accounting Program. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, playing golf, hot yoga and traveling. As a member of the height-challenged community at only five feet tall, Linda takes particular pride in the fact that during her university years she earned 5th place position in a high jump competition.
